We are an online retailer shipping across Canada. There is no showroom to visit, which is also why the specifications on this site are so detailed — you cannot come and lift the tent, so the weight had better be on the page.
What to ask before you buy
Three questions come up more than any others, and all three are worth asking before you order rather than after.
- “Will this fit my vehicle?” Tell us the year, model and what is on your roof — raised rails, flush rails, a bare roof or a factory track. Start with the published roof loads; if your vehicle is not in the table yet, say so and we will tell you honestly that we do not have a manufacturer figure for it.
- “What will delivery cost to my address?” Send us the postal code. On a crated tent that number genuinely cannot be known before we check, and we are not going to invent it. See delivery.
- “Is it actually in stock?” Ask. We would rather tell you a date than take an order we cannot fill.
Not live yet. Rather than publish an address nobody is reading, we would rather send you to WhatsApp, where a message gets answered. When email is working, it will appear here.
Response times
Same day on a weekday in most cases, and next business day at the latest. If you have sent an e-Transfer and not heard back, message again on the same thread rather than sending anything further — we would rather field a duplicate question than have a payment sitting unacknowledged.
